KnifeMakersDatabase.com would like you to take a moment to welcome our newest knifemaker to become a part of our growing site, Craig Mann of Mann Made Knives.  Craig is a new Canadian knifemaker who has been honing his skills for the past few years in order to come to this point: where he can offer to both the using and collecting public, a knife that you can depend on, one that will not falter when it matters most, one that satisfies visually, ergonomically, and above all of course, PERFORMANCE-WISE.

Craig Mann has created a line of super-cool, high-performance tactical, fighting / combat and self-defense knives for a variety of situations.  Craig's "Betting Man" Series incorporates a design that allows for maximum efficiency, comfort and of course, style - but as always, he never sacrifices a single grain of performance!  And oh yes... they are deviously sharp.

While the basic concept remains the same, no two betting men are exactly alike.  Here we have three models, each of which you may purchase by choosing from the options below.  Notice that the specs vary along with the design.  A certain model may be better off for you depending on whether you have smaller or larger hands, so pay attention to objects such as ring diameter especially, as well as handle length.

The "Poker Night Companion" is perfect for "discouraging" the cheater across from you!  After that, pop open a brew with the ingeniously incorporated bottle opener!  Talk about function in design!  This is probably my personal favorite.

Next in line is the "Comfort Model" which includes a slightly larger ring that has been painstakingly hand sanded to one of the smoothest, finest, satin finishes I've seen.  Craig put his heart into this one.  The mirror finish is down to 5 microns - basically water on glass - not an easy feat. especially by hand.

Last is the Betting Man "001".  This is the first of the series ever made after the modeling process.  Basically, it is serial #001, which adds a bit of collective value to the piece.  Of course, it is just as functional as the rest, with a slightly smaller inside ring diameter due to the larger frame of the knife.

All "Betting Men" come loaded with accessories.  Each comes with a codura case and a kydex sheath with black coated brass rivets, paracord, chicago screws for optional mounting possibilities, Care and Use instructions and a complete specs sheet.  These knives are fullly integral - one piece of beautiful, cold, steel wrapped in ray skin and resin impregnated nylon cord - The wrap jobs by Craig could take a man a lifetime to learn.  A+ Performance, A+ Utility, A+ Collectibility.  Outstanding.
